If you want to secure the cover:
1.) Make payment on or before September 19th
2.) Must have a large camera ready photo
3.) Accept the fact that if somebody else makes payment before you do that you might end up on the following months cover.
4.) Must be a good person with a good reputation. We will investigate!
5.) Must have a do-gooder story to go along with the reason that you are on the cover! (real American-Mediterranean hero type thing)
